The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

Some of you ordered a BBQ dry rub along with an apparel item and have only received a partial order. WE DIDN'T FORGET ABOUT YOUR OTHER ITEMS! We promise.

We have worked our asses off for the last couple of years on turning this business into reality. We're the last thing from a scam. Unfortunately, we aren't a juggernaut like Amazon, so some folks have been getting worried about their orders. We typically have shirts OUT THE DOOR in 3-5 business days, and the delays we're experiencing with apparel are completely abnormal for us. We have tons of great reviews from REAL customers here, and our social media following is riddled with fan photo's with our products as well.

What delays are we experiencing during the virus outbreak?


Our print on demand fulfillment center is currently short staffed because of the virus. With less staff printing and shipping shirts, it's taking us longer than normal for clothing and apparel items to ship. We anticipate to be fully staffed towards the end of October, 2020. Until then, you will experience a delay when ordering any apparel items.

T-SHIRT DELAYS (UPDATED 7/13): 3-4 Weeks 

If you ordered a barbecue dry rub and an apparel item: You will first receive your BBQ dry rub before your apparel items. Everything that we have here will ship out immediately without a delay. This is only temporary until the virus goes away.

You will have two separate shipments, and we will send you tracking numbers for both items. We will cover the expense for shipping two orders out to you.

Our BBQ dry rubs (and all other items here) will always ship immediately during this virus outbreak!

Fulfillment Estimate: (Average Time Frame as of 7/13/20)

T-Shirts: 17-23 Business days from order date.

Mugs: 15-20 Business days.
